Technology

Precision where the surface meets the image.

Pingendi combines high-definition digital imaging, CMYK + white ink, LED-UV curing and controlled positioning to produce approved artwork directly onto suitable walls, floors and selected rigid surfaces.

TECHNOLOGY
Production architecture

Digital control. Architectural scale.

Our professional direct-to-surface UV platform is built around Epson I3200(8)-S1HD printhead technology. Artwork, pass strategy, white-ink use, surface distance and curing are configured around the finish required for the real project.

What the production platform controls.

The machine is only one part of the result. Quality comes from the relationship between digital files, ink, positioning, curing, surface condition and site setup.

01

Image data

Approved artwork is prepared at the correct scale, resolution and colour strategy for the viewing distance and surface.

02

CMYK + white

White ink can support opacity, under-colour and selected work on dark or transparent materials where the surface is suitable.

03

Positioning

Controlled travel and surface-distance setup help maintain a consistent relationship between the print system and the real substrate.

04

LED-UV cure

Ink is cured during production, allowing the printed surface to move quickly into normal project handover subject to the application.

05

Pass strategy

Detail, coverage, texture and white-ink requirements influence the production mode and time required for the chosen finish.

06

Repeatability

Digital artwork can be scaled and coordinated across rooms, walls, floors and multiple locations with a consistent visual language.

Multi-surface platform

One workflow. Different production setups.

Walls, floors and rigid pieces do not behave the same way. Pingendi changes the production method around the surface while keeping the artwork, colour and project direction coordinated.

Quality variables

The finish is specified, not guessed.

There is no single production setting for every wall or floor. The right configuration depends on the artwork, material, environment and required result.

01

Artwork complexity

Fine type, gradients, photographic detail and solid fields can require different production choices.

02

Surface texture

Smooth, porous, textured and coated surfaces interact differently with ink and positioning.

03

White-ink coverage

The amount and role of white ink can affect opacity, colour appearance, passes and production time.

04

Site conditions

Access, wall geometry, temperature, moisture, traffic and environmental exposure all matter to setup.

What technology should deliver

Detail that belongs to the architecture.

The aim is not to showcase a printer. It is to make the artwork feel intentional in the finished space — with scale, colour, position and surface response working together.

Before production

Technology follows suitability.

We do not assume that every material or site should be printed the same way. Pingendi assesses surface condition, preparation, access, environment and intended use before confirming the production setup.

Start with the real space

Send the surface. We’ll specify the approach.

A photo, dimensions and a short brief are enough to begin a technical and visual direction.
